These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fixora mobile application and website (the "Platform"), operated by EsperaSoft Systems Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

  • "Provider": A service professional who offers services through the app.
  • "Services": Any services listed and provided via the platform, such as plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, etc.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Use of the Platform

  • Users can browse, book, and review service providers.
  • Providers can list, edit, and manage their services.
  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment or as otherwise specified.
  • Payment may be processed through third-party gateways.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users and Providers may cancel bookings under certain conditions.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.
  • Refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy

6. Service Provider Responsibility

  • Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Fixora.
  • Fixora is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or reliability of Providers.

7. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the Platform to harass, defraud, or mislead others.
  • Abusive language, discrimination, or illegal activities will result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee the quality or availability of any services.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from service disputes or misuse of the platform.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
